- Chapter 0: Content complete. No exercises.
- Chapter 1: Content and exercises complete.
- Chapter 2: Content and exercises complete.
- Chapter 3: Content and exercises complete.
- Chapter 4: Content and exercises complete.
- Chapter 5: Content and exercises complete.
- Chapter 6: Content complete. No exercises.
