Reset Password Feature
You can give your Users the ability to reset their passwords for logging on to FME Server. When Reset Password is enabled, a "Forgot your password?" link appears on the login page of the FME Server Web User Interface. This link enables users to receive an e-mail to reset their password.
Configuring Rest Password
You can enable the Rest Password feature in the System Configuration page of the FME Server Web UI. Only members of the fmesuperuser role can enable this feature.
Ensure all users have a valid e-mail address configured as the command requires this information to function correctly.
It is also essential to configure the Email Settings to a valid e-mail server.

| If your FME Server is configured for Active Directory,then your users cannot use this feature to reset their domain password. In this case, users should seek out their IT Admins for password management or recovery. |
